No-returns policy for change of mind
Because our products are seasonal, packed-on-order, and sourced directly from individual farmers, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please review your cart carefully before paying.
When we DO refund
We will issue a full refund (or replacement at our discretion) in these cases:
- Item arrived damaged or spoiled — report within 24 hours of delivery with photos to support@gaonradio.com
- Wrong item shipped — report within 48 hours with photos
- Item never arrived — if courier marks as delivered but you didn't receive it, we'll investigate with India Post and refund if not recoverable
- Order cancelled by us — full refund within 5-7 business days
How to claim
Email support@gaonradio.com or call us at +91 96506 45839 (Mon–Sat, 10am–6pm IST) with:
- Your order number (e.g., GR-20260511-XXXXX)
- Clear photos of the issue
- Brief description
We'll respond within 2 business days.
Refund timing
- Razorpay refunds: 5-7 business days to your original payment method
- Replacements: Shipped within 7 days of approval
Not eligible for refund
- Change of mind ("I don't like the taste")
- Slight variation in colour, weight, or aroma (these are natural for handmade/farm products)
- Damage caused after delivery
- Items not reported within the windows above
