1. Eligibility
Gaon Radio currently serves customers in India only. You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
2. Products
We sell fresh, seasonal, handmade and naturally grown village products. Because products are sourced from individual farmers and packed on order, exact appearance, weight, and aroma may vary slightly between batches. Photographs on the site are representative.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of GST as applicable.
- Online payment only — we do not accept Cash on Delivery.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store card details.
- The price of any item may change without notice; the price at checkout is final.
4. Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock issues, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. In such cases, payment is refunded in full within 5–7 business days.
5. Shipping
Orders are shipped by India Post or partner couriers. Standard delivery is 3–10 business days depending on the destination pincode. We do not deliver outside India.
6. Returns & Refunds
Gaon Radio operates a no-returns policy for change-of-mind. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details on damaged-on-arrival and wrong-item exceptions.
7. Account
You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. We will never ask for your password by email or phone.
8. Intellectual Property
All content (logos, images, text) is owned by Yatharthvadi Foundation or its licensors. Do not copy or republish without permission.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of [city to be added by org].
